Submission Received

Your Request Is In.

We received the website you submitted. FORMEX will begin with the public information available and prepare a starting profile and Initial FORMEX Report.

No further action is needed right now.

What Happens Next

We begin with what the public can see.

The first review is designed to show what is already clear, what is supported and what may need more work.

Review the Public Record

FORMEX reviews the website and any other public links included with the request.

Prepare a Starting Profile

Important facts, roles, claims and available sources are organized into a clear first record.

Send the Initial Report

The Report will show what appears clear, what is supported, what may be incomplete and what remains unresolved.

Your Report Is the Starting Point.

After you receive the Report, you can decide whether to take the next step toward a completed FORMEX Passport.

You may build it with FORMEX tools or have FORMEX build it with you.

You do not need to choose an option now. The findings in your Report will help make the right path clear.

Submission does not automatically place a person, organization, project or opportunity in the FORMEX Registry. Registry readiness will be addressed after the initial review.
