Capital Correspondence
Matching is not the same as correspondence.
A match may be superficial. Correspondence means meaningful alignment between what one side needs and what the other side is prepared to provide.
Clear fit

What FORMEX does—and does not do.
Does FORMEX guarantee funding?
No. FORMEX improves clarity, readiness and correspondence. Funding decisions remain with the parties involved.
Does every Passport enter the Network?
No. A Passport can remain private. Network participation depends on readiness and the participant's chosen visibility.
Is the Network only for equity investors?
No. FORMEX is designed for grants, philanthropy, debt, equity, impact and mixed-capital structures.
Why underwrite capital providers too?
Because seekers also need clarity about who they are dealing with, what the provider represents and what it actually funds.
